The service

NinjaCode provides an open-source coding agent and an optional paid gateway ("NinjaCode Pass") that meters access to third-party language models. The open-source components are licensed under GPL-2.0 and governed by that license, not these terms.

Credits and pricing

Gateway usage is metered in credits. Each Pass plan grants a monthly credit allowance (€20 Starter, €50 Pro, €100 Ultra); requests convert tokens into credits using a fixed per-model rate published on the pricing page. Credits are valid for the billing cycle in which they are granted, expire at the end of that cycle, and do not roll over. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Subscriptions

Pass plans renew monthly and grant the plan's full credit allowance at each renewal. You can cancel anytime; already-granted credits remain usable until the end of the current cycle. Per-model credit rates may change as provider costs change; the current rates are always visible on the pricing page and via the API.

Acceptable use

Don't use the gateway to violate model providers' usage policies, to generate malware, or to abuse rate limits. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud or abuse.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". Agent output can be wrong; review diffs before shipping. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
